My career started in the military, serving in foreign operations with the French Ministry of Defense and NATO, including missions in Kosovo. That experience shaped my adaptability, resourcefulness, and ability to perform in high-stakes environments. Growing up as an expatriate and working across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the Americas, including countries like Egypt, Mauritius, Spain, France, and the US, gave me a global perspective I bring to every project.
I’ve led teams at luxury brands like Bellagio MGM Resorts, where I was Director of Operations for spa, recreation, and lifestyle, as well as at The Ritz-Carlton, Sofitel, and other luxury brands, driving growth, optimizing operations, and earning recognition like Forbes and Worldwide Luxury Awards.
Through Seneca Ventures, my consultancy, I provide virtual remote assistance and executive support, specializing in administrative services, social media management, strategic consulting, and helping businesses, creatives, and mission-driven organizations achieve their goals.
I’m also CEO and Co-Founder of Overlook Entertainment, where I produce films, managing everything from script development to budgeting and stakeholder relations.
